Refund policy
We, MK EcoSystems OU, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return a purchased item, we offer a 30-day return policy.
30-day return period You have the right to request a return within 30 days from the moment you receive the tyres.
Return conditions and item condition As safety and quality are our priority, tyres may only be returned if they meet the following criteria:
- The tyres must be completely new, unused, and in their original condition.
- The tyres MUST NOT have been mounted on rims. Once a tyre has been mounted, it is considered used and cannot be returned.
- The tyres must not have been driven on in road traffic.
How to make a return As we work with several partner warehouses, please do not send the goods back to the sender’s address shown on the shipping label.
- Contact our customer service team by writing to info@riepuakcijas.lv, stating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you a return authorization number and the correct warehouse address to which the item should be sent.
Return shipping costs
- Customer responsibility: If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or no longer need the tyres, you (the customer) are responsible for all transport costs related to returning the item. Please note: due to the size and weight of tyres, shipping costs may be significant.
- Our responsibility: If you have received a defective tyre or we have sent the wrong item, we will fully cover the return shipping costs. Please report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving them.
Refunds Once the returned tyres are received at the warehouse specified by us and inspected (to confirm that they have not been mounted or used), we will process your refund request. The money will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
