Shipping policy

We process orders within [1–2 business days] after payment is received. Delivery time depends on the destination, product availability, and warehouse location.

Estimated delivery times:

• Latvia: [2–5 business days]
• Baltics: [3–7 business days]
• EU: [4–10 business days]

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Some products may be shipped directly from our suppliers’ warehouses, so the order may be delivered in multiple shipments.

If your shipment is delayed, damaged, or something is missing, please contact us at info@riepuakcijas.lv and include your order number.

The buyer is responsible for providing correct delivery information. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, an additional fee may apply for re-delivery.
